COMPUTERIZED WHEEL ALIGNMENT

Proper wheel alignment can significantly increase the lifespan of your tires and suspension components. It ensures even wear, which means your tires last longer and perform at their best. ELECTRONIC WHEEL BALANCING

Tire balancing is a tune-up for your tire and wheel set. When all areas of the tire and wheel are equal in weight, the tire can and will roll smoothly. Tire balancing helps the tires wear evenly, for the longest life. Balancing also contributes to the ride and comfort feel when driving.

NITROGEN GAS INFLATION

The main benefit of nitrogen-filled tires is that the loss of tire pressure is slower, because the gas in the tire escapes more slowly than air does. With more stable tire pressure, the thinking goes, you’ll get better gas mileage and get full tire life since you’re always rolling on fully inflated tires.

UNDERCHASSIS & SUSPENSION

A vehicles under chassis have three main parts: clutch, steering and suspension. Clutch connects the engine to the drive shaft, to transfer power from the engine to the wheels. Steering steers the wheels left or right. Lastly, the suspension absorbs shock while driving on an uneven ground.

Vulcanizing or proper repair of a tire is a crucial process that helps extend the lifespan of tires and ensures optimal performance on the road. When a tire gets damaged whether it’s due to a puncture or a tear, tire vulcanization becomes necessary to repair the tire to make it safe for use again.

BRAKE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

As one of the safety features in all vehicles, the brake system requires regular maintenance especially components that cause friction. These components include brake discs and brake pads as they are subject to wear. Other parts of the brake system include brake rotors, calipers, and brake fluid.

TIRE MOUNTING

Tire mounting is when the mechanic places the tires on the wheels and installs them onto the axles of the vehicle. The easiest and the quickest way to mount the tires is to use machines which are common in automotive shops. ENGINE SCANNER

A car scanner is used to monitor and diagnose engine or electronic system problems in cars. In addition to conducting engine system checks, this tool is also used to scan the car’s CPU and to read and clear error codes in the engine.

ENGINE OVERHAUL

Due to continuous use and exposure to operating conditions, engines deteriorate over time. Thus, an engine must undergo overhauling when necessary.
